I am a spiritual healer based in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. I have been working with energy for over a decade and was inspired to begin my journey into Reiki after the birth of my first child. I had always been a sensitive person, something that has armed me with a skill to read peoples energy very well. Growing up I was someone who raced through life to experience all its ups and downs and, I feel in this way I have a bredth of understanding of what life can chuck at a person. I am deeply compassionate about providing healing spaces that help people feel safe and comfortable- less old school energy- more new earth trauma informed care.
