Prices

• Prices are subject to change and will always be advertised. Should there be any query please do contact Dorothy Winter.

• Payment is expected prior to treatment, group work or teaching.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• To receive a full refund you must give 24 hours notice upon cancelling 1-2-1 healing or full amount will be required.

• No refund can be issued for monthly circles.

• There is no refund for leaving the workshop or session early or arriving after the scheduled start time. There is no partial reimbursement if you choose to opt out of any part of the programme.

• The fees are non-refundable except for where I cancel a 1-2-1 session, group, or teaching class-you are entitled to a refund for any payments you have made in advance.

• You can reschedule up to three times then your appointment will be forfeit and no refunds given.

• Vouchers have a three month life span unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Training courses where you are paying in through installments need to be paid on time, on the agreed time or I reserve the right to no longer train you

• Any prepaid reiki appointments, or Gua sha sessions have a three month life span.

• All deposits for training or sessions are non refundable.

Photographer Release

I may photograph and video group activities for use in future marketing materials and by entering into this contract with me you hereby give to me your consent to use your image for this purpose.

Intellectual Property

If I provide you with any materials, whether digital or printed, any intellectual property in those materials belongs to Dorothy Winter and unless I agree otherwise you can only use those materials for your own personal use and you may not share them with third parties.

This includes initiations, training and circles.

Circles:

Content is delivered for the person who has taken up the circle space only. Sharing of content is not permitted. Please respect everyone in the container and do not share anything from the circle beyond it.

Resolving Problems

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with a class, workshop or Retreat, please contact me as soon as possible and give me a reasonable opportunity to sort out any problems with you and reach a positive outcome.

Nothing in this contract affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (also known as ‘statutory rights’). You may also have other rights in law.

Limitation of Liability

When you sign up to and attend a healing session, workshop and teaching led by Dorothy Winter you acknowledge and accept the following:

Energy healing is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. 

You declare that the above information is understood and agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Dorothy Winter.
